Temitope Abiagom
Founder and Principal Consultant
Temitope Abiagom is a registered social worker with extensive experience in program development, research, training, and counseling.
She has a rich background in nonprofit leadership and has worked across sectors—including women’s health, youth employment, and housing—to develop and deliver inclusive, trauma-informed programs and services.
Her practice is guided by compassion, empowerment, and purpose.

Hauwa Sanni
Associate
Hauwa Sanni is an experienced research and policy professional. She holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Economics, along with certifications in Data Analytics and Project Management. Hauwa has a strong track record of applying data-driven approaches to inform public policy, support program development, and evaluate outcomes. With experience across government and nonprofit sectors, she specializes in turning research into actionable strategies, engaging stakeholders, and supporting initiatives that promote inclusive and evidence-based decision-making. She previously held roles at the Synergos Institute and NIRSAL Bank
